For the second time running the cheese naan was delivered with no cheese despite specifically asking for this in the notes section when ordering (in addition to selecting cheese naan on order). The Dahl was so watery and more like soup. The texture and taste was completely off. Burnt spicy poppadums. Dry chicken. Scored 2 for flavour of madras sauce and the onion bahjis which were great.

Disgusting food was cold and no flavour. Nan bread was greasy and soggy and no flavour. Will never go back again. Total waste of £25. Would have got better at Tesco’s ready meal.

We were walking and the pub we were staying at didn't do any food that night. Looking through the available delivery services I suggested Simla to my companions and they agreed we should put in an order. As there were three of us I ordered a meal for two and for one. The food arrived earlier than expected and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. There was ample to eat and I liked the way we could personalise the order. all in all, excellent.

I was a little disappointed. My food arrived and it was cold. The madras was also very disappointing as it lacked any taste. The rest of the meal was actually very tasty.

The biryani was good, as was the kebab. The food was not particularly hot, which I know is hard to achieve for takeaway. The Dahl was very runny and the poppadoms were baked- very dry and slightly burnt. Not overly impressed - haven’t eaten here in years.
